Working from home was never something I desired to do. *In comes COVID-19* Now, I'm sitting at my temporary office setup on a folding table trying to figure it out. Don't read my sarcasm wrong, I am so thankful to have a job right now amidst a global pandemic. There are many people who aren't that lucky. But let's not pretend like there wasn't a steep learning curve for all of us who have never worked from our homes full time before.
All that to say, let me gratefully divulge to you my pro-con list on working from home. Pros
Cons
It's incredible how quickly companies, mine included, adapted to a remote work environment. Evolve or die, right? On a Monday I was commuting to work and sharing an office with Carol and by Wednesday I went to work on my couch and occupied a "cubicle" with my husband. Don't worry, y'all. A pandemic affects everyone. No one escapes without changes in their job, lifestyle or routine. Keep it up. We're all just doing the best we can. <3
